Challenge
KLL Informatyka delivers heavily customised ERP systems and dedicated applications. Each deployment had a different configuration, and knowledge about each client’s specifics lived exclusively in the heads of consultants.
Solution
We deployed OneDoc as an internal knowledge base for the team. Each project received its own branch with configuration documentation, support procedures and change history.
OneDoc’s unique permission-group system allows us to maintain a single master product documentation and create client-specific branches by toggling individual articles on or off. As a result, each client sees up-to-date documentation tailored precisely to their KLL-ERP installation.
Results
- A new consultant can handle a client independently without asking the team
- Employee onboarding time reduced several times over
